Terms and Conditions for Broadband Internet Services

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements to subscribe to our broadband services.

2. Service Installation and Activation

• Service is activated after successful registration, payment, and verification.
• Subscribers must ensure access to the premises for installation.
• We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Hardware, if included, is shipped to your registered address.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
• Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Service Usage

• Service is for lawful use only (personal or commercial, based on your plan).
• Resale, overuse, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
• Network usage may be monitored to ensure fairness.

5. Plans, Pricing, and Payments

• Plans are prepaid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
• Reconnection charges may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation

• Cancel with 7-day prior written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Pre-installation cancellations are eligible for refunds (minus transaction fees).
• No refunds for cancellations after installation.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 15 business days. Installation, setup, and partial usage charges are non-refundable.

7. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend service for policy violations or non-payment.
• No pro-rated refunds for customer-initiated terminations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No guarantees for uninterrupted service.
• Maximum liability is limited to the last paid billing cycle’s fee.

9. Privacy Policy

• Name, phone, email, address
• IP address, bandwidth usage, service logs
• Payment details via secure gateways

9.2 How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery and billing
• Customer support and troubleshooting

We use secure servers, encryption, and access control. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
